Terms and Conditions Effective Date: March 4, 2026 Business Names: Fran Rose Inspire & The Sacred Nature of Women. By accessing our websites, booking a healing session, or enrolling in a program, you agree to following terms and conditions. 1.Services Provided • Fran Rose Inspire offers spiritual healing, specifically ‘Ignite Your Spirit’ therapy, energy alignment and personal mentoring. • Sacred Nature of Women provides workshops, group healing journeys, a multi- week programs focused on spiritual growth, empowerment and energetic connection. 2. Bookings, Payments and Refunds • Appointments: All sessions are scheduled through our online booking systems i.e.(Calendly) • Payment: Fees are due at the time of booking to secure your placement. • Refund Policy: *Individual Sessions: Refunds are generally not provided once a session has taken place. *Programs and Workshops: For 6- week programs or workshops, a full refund (less a small administrative fee) is available if requested in writing at least 7 days before the start date. No refunds are available once a program has commenced. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee may be forfeited. 4. Healing and Spiritual Disclaimer • Complementary Therapy: Energy healing and ‘Ignite Your Spirit’ Therapy are complementary modalities. They are intended to support, not replace, professional medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. • No medical claims: We do not diagnose, treat or cure ant physical or mental health conditions. • Self- Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. Healing is a subjective process and results vary for every individual. 5. Intellectual Property • All materials, including program curriculum, guided meditations and creative content provided during workshops, are the intellectual property of Fran Rose. • These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without written consent. 6. Confidentiality • Your privacy is sacred. Any personal history, traumas or experiences shared during a private session or within the ‘Sacred Nature of Women’ group containers will be kept strictly confidential. • Exception: Disclosure may be required if there is a legal obligation or risk of harm to yourself or others. 7. Code of Conduct • To maintain a high-vibrational and safe space for all, we reserve the right to terminate a session or remove a participant from a program if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful or unsafe. 8. Governing Law • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
